Planned preventive maintenance is carried out depending on the intensity of operation of the crane equipment. Our company’s specialists will carry out repair work at the time agreed with you, in accordance with the work schedule of your enterprise. The scope of necessary repair work is compiled on the basis of defecation reports and agreed with the customer. The company has a good service base and the necessary volume of spare parts for crane equipment from such companies as SWF Krantechnik, KONECRANES Latvia and STAHL CraneSystems.

Overhaul of EU-made cranes is carried out when the permissible operating cycle of the equipment (SWP - Safe working period) expires. For cranes manufactured by SWF Krantechnik and KONECRANES, the permissible duty cycle SWP (%) of the new hoist is 100%. The permissible duty cycle ends when the SWP (%) of the hoist reaches zero. At the end of the operating cycle, it is necessary to perform a major overhaul (GO) of the hoist, after which a new permissible operating cycle is determined for the hoist.

Thanks to major repairs, it becomes possible to extend the service life of crane equipment. The scope of work includes the replacement of all parts that are subject to mandatory replacement in order to extend the service life of the equipment.
